I have been putting together a list of the new developments being built in the Fort Lauderdale area. There are a lot on the list and there are even more still in the development process. Please check back often as I will be adding more developments as they come available.
I have included links directly to the developer’s web sites so you can see the pictures, floor plans, and other info they have.
But please contact me directly if you have any questions or let the developers know who sent you. (I need to get paid for all this research somehow :) - Note: You will NOT pay any more for a unit if you use a Realtor so why not have someone on your side helping you? ).
